Frequency Shifter Model 285t

The Frequency Shifter - Model 285t is a Eurorack 200 series module that shifts external audio inputs with internal or external oscillators. The module features an INT oscillator that goes from 0 to 1kc, with the resulting shifts present at the "difference" and "sums" outputs. The FM input applies audio modulation to the INT oscillator, and the CV input with attenuverter varies the INT oscillator frequency.

This module is an excellent tool for processing audio samples or live voice input via a microphone. The "sum" and "difference" outputs can be routed to the 292t Quad Lopass Gate for dynamic tone shaping, creating a rich stereophonic effect when splitting the processed signals into left and right channels.

Balanced Modulator - Model 281t

The Balanced Modulator - Model 281t is a Eurorack 200 series module that features a carrier input and a modulator input. The "ring" double output provides a pure ring modulation determined by the incoming signal and the modulator. The bottom MODULATION section applies to the "variable" double output, with the knob sweeping from zero (the pure incoming signal) through amplitude modulation to pure ring modulation. The CV input and attenuverter modulate the sweep from zero-amplitude-ring.
